Activity #1: Go to the Temple or Learn about it
GO TO THE TEMPLE. Schedule a time and go with your family. Your family doesn’t have to all go inside to have a great experience. Go visit the temple grounds together. We live 2 hours to our nearest temple and it is a sacrifice to go. We have to plan ahead, but it is worth every effort.
If you can’t physically go to the temple try learning more about temples as a family.
I love that Elder Bednar taught us to teach about the temple in our homes in April 2019 General Conference:
“Please consider how the principle of “home centered and Church supported” applies to our individual preparation and worthiness to receive sacred ordinances and covenants in the house of the Lord.
Indeed, temple preparation is most effective in our homes. But many Church members are unsure about what appropriately can and cannot be said regarding the temple experience outside of the temple.”

Activity #2: Testify of Christ
Record each family member bearing their testimony of Jesus.
- Take a video of each family member
- Have each family member write down their testimony of Christ
- Compile your testimonies of Christ in a family book of faith
- Read the Living Christ
